At tanta-rainwear.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Portal to start your request.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via our Returns Portal for assistance. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
International Returns
Customers outside our primary shipping regions may be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
